FNSKU relabelling and rework in Germany
Accepted case by caseCorrect the label. Keep your inventory moving.
Replace incorrect, damaged or outdated FNSKU labels in Germany using your approved files and written instructions. Every case is reviewed before inventory is accepted.
- Customer-approved label files
- Written scope before work
- Visual or scan verification
- No shipment before acceptance
Before inventory is redirected
Relabelling starts with the right file and a clear unit count
SellerEU first reviews the product type, current labels, replacement file, quantity and destination. If the case is feasible, you receive a written quote, case reference and inbound instructions before anything is shipped.
Do not redirect inventory until the case is accepted in writing. Unmatched or unapproved stock may be refused.
Typical relabelling situations
When local FNSKU support is useful
Incorrect FNSKU on units
The current unit label belongs to the wrong SKU, variation or seller account and needs an approved replacement.
Labels are damaged or unreadable
Existing barcodes are torn, blurred, covered poorly or cannot be scanned reliably before the next shipment.
Old barcodes must be covered
Previous FNSKU, EAN or other scannable codes need controlled covering so the intended label is unambiguous.
Reinbound preparation is required
Inventory needs relabelling, a final count and agreed verification before forwarding to the next destination.
Controlled work scope
What a relabelling case can include
The exact method is agreed in writing. Removal, covering, printing, placement and verification are not assumed unless they appear in the quote.
Incoming-label review
We compare the visible label situation with the approved example or written instruction.
Cover or remove
Old labels are covered or removed only when the approved method allows it without unsuitable product handling.
Print and apply
Customer-provided label files are printed and placed according to the agreed position and unit basis.
Verify and document
The agreed visual or scan check, exception record and final count are completed before the next action.

Prepare the label brief
Information needed for an accurate quote
A clean SKU-to-label mapping reduces follow-up, prevents avoidable exceptions and makes verification more reliable.
- ASIN, merchant SKU and FNSKU mapping for every affected product
- Print-ready label files supplied or approved by the customer
- Estimated units, cartons or pallets for each SKU
- Photos showing the current label and packaging condition
- Required label position, old-code covering and verification rules
- Final destination and any reinbound or forwarding deadline
Transparent pricing logic
A written quote based on the real work
There are no automatic packages. The quote separates the handling and verification components required for your inventory.

Frequently asked questions
Answers before inventory is sent
Can SellerEU create the FNSKU labels for me?
You normally provide the approved print-ready label files and SKU mapping. Creating or validating Amazon listing data is not part of standard relabelling unless separately agreed.
Will you remove every old barcode?
Only when removal is safe and included in the quote. In many cases an old barcode can be covered instead; the method is agreed before work starts.
How do you verify the new labels?
Verification can be visual, sample-based or scan-based depending on the written scope. The quote states the agreed method and evidence.
Can mixed SKUs be relabelled?
Potentially, if the units can be identified reliably and a clear SKU-to-FNSKU mapping is provided. Unidentifiable or mixed units may require separate sorting or inspection.
Can the inventory be repacked at the same time?
Yes, when the packaging work is feasible and separately included. Relabelling does not automatically include polybags, cartons, bundling or specialist rework.
Can you forward the inventory to Amazon afterwards?
Forwarding or reinbound preparation can be quoted after destination, packaging, shipment labels and carrier basis are confirmed.
Should I create the Amazon shipment before contacting you?
Contact SellerEU first. We need to confirm feasibility, receiving instructions and the work scope before inventory is redirected.
